1. Definitions

1.1 “Coarea” is the interactive on-line service operated by COAREA.COM on the World Wide Web of the Internet.

1.2 "User" means each person who creates or accesses a connection ("Account") for access to and use of COAREA.

2. General Info

2.1 By using COAREA (other than to read this Agreement for the first time), Users to comply with all of the terms of service hereof.

2.2 User is responsible for all use of User's Account (also for content added, registration data).

2.3 User shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of User's password.

2.4 COAREA has the right to change or discontinue any feature or aspect of this service, including Terms of Service.

3. User Conduct

3.1 User shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of COAREA and all charges related thereto.

3.2 User shall be responsible for maintaining computer hardware security, so important data regarding COAREA will be protected.

3.3 On registration User shall complete the registration form and provide the following requisite information: Username, Password, Your Company Name, Country, State (only for US), City (Location), Contact Email. User will activate his COAREA account following the info from the email automatically sent after registration.

COAREA will automatically send an email on the contact email address introduced in the registration form, User shall activate the COREA cont following the link in the email he received. You cannot use the COAREA services if you do not activate the account.

3.4 User has the possibility to create a Company Profile. We suggest you to complete all the information we require for Optimized Exposure.

The Update Account module will allow you to add information on the company you represent and to create a complete and suggestive Company Profile for its visitors.

3.5 User has the possibility to add a content that will be made public. “My Products”, “My Services”, “My News/Articles” modules give User the possibility to add products, services, articles, news that are representative for its business.

3.6 The public content of COAREA is “search engine optimization ready”. Search Engines are able to read the entire public content added by User (Company Profile, Products, Services, News/Articles), they will index it in their databases, so the company you represent through the COAREA services will benefit the Optimized Exposure.

The more you add a more complex and relevant content the more you are favored by the search engines.

You have the possibility to add image-type files. For “My Products”, “My Services” modules we recommend you to use also this service.

3.7 User will be able to monitor the visitors of Company Profile, of the Products, Services, News/Articles he may add.

3.8 User is directly responsible for the content he introduces in COAREA. It is forbidden to add a copyright protected content if you do not have the right of the copyright holder to introduce it into COAREA (even if the introduced items are pictures or text).
It is forbidden to add content with racist, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, threatening, pornographic character, or content which may constitute a criminal offense.

3.9 COAREA is not responsible for the content added by User that is inexact or illegal according to “Terms of Service” and may anytime temporarily or definitively suspend the account of the User who breaches “Terms of Service”.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

4.1 COAREA is an “AS IS” service without warranties of any kind. It is only us who can take the decision to modify certain parts in the COAREA structure, but we are waiting for suggestions from the Users’ part to be able to satisfy their needs.

4.2 We are not responsible for the possible interruptions of COAREA, errors, transmission delays, communication line failure, computer virus, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of your User Data.

5. COAREA Monitoring

5.1 We have the right, but not also the obligation to monitor the entire COAREA content. This way we are able to determine the eventual breaches of “Terms of Service”.

5.2 We have the right to discard any material that breaches “Terms of Service”.

6. Termination

6.1 COAREA or User have the right to end an account anytime.
